SHSU Compliance Statement

Educating coaches, student-athletes, recruits, outside entities and institutional staff members
about NCAA legislation is a joint responsibility.

While the compliance office is responsible for providing interpretations and submitting waiver requests, it is not feasible for the staff to monitor all requirements associated with being a Division I school without considerable help and commitment from all parties.

For all individuals associated with SHSU athletics, please review the helpful rules education the compliance office has provided for 2019-2020 and remember to "ASK before you ACT!"
