TICKET POLICIES
Refund
All sales are final. The Bearkat Ticket Office does not issue refunds or exchanges for any single game or season ticket purchase. If a game is postponed due to inclement weather, schedule changes, or an Act of God, tickets for that contest shall be valid for the make-up date or can be used as a credit towards a ticket of equal or lesser value for a future Sam Houston athletic contest. Temporary addendums to this policy may be added in the event of force majeure that affects a significant portion or the entirety of a season and shall be made at the discretion of Sam Houston.
Youth Admission
Admission is free for children age 2 or under
Carry-Ins
No carry-ins are allowed at any Sam Houston athletic event. Carry-ins include but are not limited to, outside food or drink, folding chairs (excluding chairbacks), umbrellas, noisemakers, laser pointers, and tobacco products.
Alcohol
Alcohol purchased at a Sam Houston Athletic event must be consumed inside the venue or discarded prior to leaving. No alcohol may be brought in from outside the venue.
Animals
Animals are not allowed at any Sam Houston Athletic event. This includes emotional support animals. Service animals must have supporting documentation from a state agency.
Entry/Reentry
All spectators who wish to enter an event are required to purchase a ticket up until the ticket window closes. All spectators are subject to be asked to present a ticket to Sam Houston athletic personnel. Spectators found to be without a ticket will be asked to purchase a ticket or leave.
No spectators are allowed inside the facility until the gates open. Any person seen inside a facility prior to gates opening must have proper credentials or they will be asked to leave until the gates open.
Re-entry is not allowed during any single game events and double headers. Re-entry may be allowed for all-day tournaments.
Texas High School Coaches
Texas High School Coaches may present their Texas High School Association Coaches card to receive complimentary admission for themselves. Coaches must have a valid card present to receive their ticket. Tickets may be picked up beginning four hours prior to kickoff at the Bowers Stadium Box Office located on the West Side of the Stadium for football games and at Box Office 1 of Johnson Coliseum for basketball games. Tickets may not be picked up in advance, and coaches do not have to call ahead to reserve tickets.
