Charitable Donation Request Policies
- The Sam Houston athletics department will fulfill requests for charitable donation when possible
- Submission of form does not guarantee the request will be fulfilled
- Please allow at least two weeks to process your request
NCAA Compliance Rules
- It is impermissible, per NCAA rules, for the Sam Houston athletics department to provide donations to high schools or any organizations which benefit students in grades 9–12
Tickets
- Charitable donation form must be completed and approved by compliance office
- Tickets will be provided at the discretion of the Sam Houston ticket office
- Ticket donations are subject to availability and a predetermined number of tickets designated for donation requests
Memorabilia
- Charitable donation form must be completed and approved by compliance office
- Approved autograph request items must be brought or mailed to Sam Houston athletics department accompanied by a self-addressed and prepaid return envelope
- STUDENT-ATHLETE AUTOGRAPHS – Requests for student-athlete autographs will not be honored.
