Dooley finished the 2014 season ranked atop the Southland Conference in the 800 meters and 1500 meters. She secured first place in both events at the 2014 Southland Outdoor Championships and is the Sam Houston record-holder in the 1,500-meter run after capturing time of 4:26.06 at the 2014 Mt. SAC Relays. She was the 2013 Southland Conference indoor champion in the mile (4:58.71) and the distance medley relay.   

Dooley also excelled for the Kats at cross country as the Southland Conference runner-up at 2012 Cross Country meet with time of 21:07. The All-Southland Conference performer was the top finisher for the Kats at her last two Southland cross country championships.
