Cron played on both Sam Houston volleyball's NCAA playoff teams in 1993 and 1996 and the NIT squad in 1994. She was a two-time All-Southland Conference selection and received NCAA All-Region honors as a senior. Cron stands as SHSU volleyball's all-time leader in digs (1,639) and ranks among the top 10 Bearkats in career kills, aces and hitting percentage.
