Hall of Honor
Izevbizua earned All-America honors as the center for Sam Houston's 2004 Southland Conference football champions. A three-time all-league performer, he made more than 900 snaps while helping lead the Bearkats to the NCAA FCS quarterfinals. He blocked for an offense that ranked second nationally in passing yardage (358.5 yards per game). Sam Houston led the league in passing, total offense and scoring. Izevbizua was a three-year starter and was the backup center on the 2001 Southland championship squad
