Spring scholarship process announced

The Spring 2011 athletic scholarship process will be conducted in the Learning Enhancement Center (room 321) in accordance with the alphabetic schedule listed below.
All Scholarship student-athletes MUST process their aid through athletics.
Upon entering the LEC you will be instructed to:
(1) Print a fee statement including your class schedule
(2) Eligibility will be checked, and
(3) Process aid with Mr. Holder.
Prior to processing your aid with Mr. Holder, you must ensure that the following items are correct on your fee statement:
- (1) Meal Plan
- (2) Housing
- (3) Installment Options
**All parking tickets must be paid before process athletic aid**
You will process non-scholarship payments in the Estill Building which now houses offices for the cashier, financial aid, BearkatOne, Student Accounts, residence life and UPD (parking sticker).
This process must be complete by 4:00pm on Friday, January 14th or you will lose your class schedule. The 1st class day is Wednesday, January 19th.
If you are receiving aid (athletic or financial) for the Spring 2011 semester, your schedule will be protected until Friday, January 14th at 4:00p.m.
Tuesday, Jan 11th/Wednesday, Jan 12th: Women's B-ball: 8-9am/ Men's B-ball: 11-12pm /All Student-Athletes (excluding Basketball) must follow Alphabetic Schedule below
