2013 Football Season Tickets Now On Sale

Season tickets for 2013 Sam Houston football now are available for purchase.
Tickets may be ordered online at www.gobearkats.com, by calling 936-294-1729, or by visiting the Ron Mafrige Fieldhouse between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Season ticket packages include tickets to all six of the Bearkats' home games at Bowers Stadium, along with a ticket to the “Battle of the Piney Woods” game vs. Stephen F. Austin at Reliant Stadium.
The non-conference slate includes Texas Southern, Incarnate Word and a rematch of last season's NCAA semifinals opponent Eastern Washington.
Southland Conference foes visiting Bowers Stadium will feature Lamar, Northwestern State, and Nicholls State.
Season ticket holders receive first priority for playoff games hosted at Bowers Stadium and NCAA championship events.
Fans who purchase bleacher reserved season tickets will receive a commemorative hat for each pair of tickets purchased. Customers purchasing Bearkat Champion reserved chair back seats will receive an embroidered Nike polo for each pair of tickets purchased.
Only Bearkat Champion reserved chairback season ticket holders will receive a parking permit(one per account) with their purchase. Season ticket holders receive first priority in ordering tickets for the Bearkats' game against Texas A&M at Kyle Field on September 7.
Bleacher reserved season tickets are $110 and are available for purchase immediately.
Bearkat Champion reserved chair backs are $290 per ticket. Reserved chairback seats currently are sold out to last season's season ticket holders. However, fans may contact the athletic ticket office at (936) 294-1729 to be placed on a waiting list for those seats. Those on the waiting list will be contacted in May regarding the availability of seats.
The Bearkats stand 25-5 during the past two seasons with records of 14-1 and 11-4 during their Southland championship seasons in 2011 and 2012. In the 50 years of Southland Conference football, only three programs (Arkansas State in 1968-70, Louisiana Tech in 1972-74 and McNeese State in 2001-03) have won three Southland football titles in a row.
