Athletic Ticket Office Has New Home at Bowers

The Sam Houston Athletic Ticket office has moved into a new home on the west side of Elliott T. Bowers Stadium facing the main campus.
Located directly below the Bowers Stadium press box next to the entrance to the stadium elevator, the ticket office now is the location for purchases for all Bearkat athletic events including season tickets, group tickets and single game tickets.
The move from the office's previous location in the Ron Mafrige Field House not only gives the ticket staff more space to better serve customers but also easier access for Bearkat fans.
The ticket office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Currently on sale at the Athletic Ticket Office are season tickets for football and volleyball.
Season tickets for Sam Houston football include all six home games and the 90th “Battle of the Piney Woods” at NRG Stadium in Houston Oct. 3.
Reserved chairbacks are $290 and bleacher reserved are $125. Each season ticket package includes all six games at Bowers stadium and tickets to the Battle of the Piney Woods. Season ticket purchases will also receive a 2015 Orange out shirt with each ticket purch
Season tickets for volleyball include nine regular season home matches plus the annual Sam Houston Volleyball Invitational August 28-29. Single game tickets will go on sale Saturday, August 29 at 10:00 a.m. Single game prices will be $18 for general admission, $23 for bleacher reserved, and $30 for reserved chairbacks. Group discounts are available with the purchase of 10 or more tickets.
Game promotions for the 2015 season will be Orange Out for the home opener on Saturday, September 19 vs. Lamar at 6:00 p.m. Bearkat Family Weekend will be Saturday, September 26 vs. Houston Baptist. On October 10 vs. Incarnate Word will be Grow the Growl, a new student initiative. Homecoming will be Saturday, October 24 vs. Nicholls State. The annual Pink out game will be Saturday, October 31 vs. Texas A&M Commerce. The home schedule will close out with Letterwinner's Day on Saturday, November 14 vs. Northwestern State.
The Battle of the Piney Woods will be Saturday, October 3 at NRG Stadium in Houston. Tickets are on sale through the Sam Houston State Athletic Ticket Office.
