BEARKAT MEN'S & WOMEN'S BASKETBALL TO HOST A PAIR OF BABY RACES AT A BASKETBALL GAME THIS SEASON

HUNTSVILLE– Sam Houston State University Men's and Women's Basketball team will host its first-ever Baby Race during halftime of the doubleheader Saturday, Jan. 4 game vs. Nicholls (3pm & 5:30pm).
The race is open to all crawling babies between 4-12 months old. No babies will be able to participate if they are able to walk.
Each race will consist of eight babies with one winner who will receive a Bearkat prize package. Participants will be selected at random and will be notified during the week of the race. Each baby must be accompanied by a parent/guardian on the floor during the race.
