Kats' game vs Islanders postponed

HUNTSVILLE – The Sam Houston women's basketball team's scheduled game for Wednesday, January 27 has been postponed due to COVID-19 issues within the Texas A&M-Corpus Christi program.

Officials from both schools, along with the Southland Conference, will work together to determine a make-up date for the game.

The Kats are currently riding a 3-game win streak after last week's 88-72 win over Abilene Christian. They are next set to take the court on Saturday at Stephen F. Austin.

Tipoff is set for 2:00 p.m. from William R. Johnson Coliseum in Nacogdoches.
