Mickens averaged 12.7 points, 1.2 blocks, 1.4 steals and 7.8 rebounds with the Beaumont Central High School while being named First-Team All-District 22-5A during the 2015 and 2016 seasons ... 2016 Vype Player of the Year Nominee.
