Played and lettered all four years while a member of the Summer Creek high school Bulldogs in Houston, Texas … Helped lead her team to three playoff appearances while earning such team honors as MVP (16-17), Offensive Player of the Year (15-16), Defensive Player of the Year (16-17) and being named first-team all-district … Was a two-time district MVP selection … Averaged 10 points, four rebounds and 2.3 steals per game during her senior season … According to Digital Scout, she averaged 10.7 points, 3.7 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 2.2 steals per game during her junior season … Was the first freshman to play and start on the varsity squad at Summer Creek … Played AAU basketball for Texas Elite Phenoms in Houston, Texas, under head coach DJ Johnson for two years … Had offers from several different schools including Wichita State, Northern Colorado, UTEP, UT-San Antonio, Tulane and Sun Belt foe Little Rock.
