Crowe is in her first season as the Bearkats' Director of Basketball Operations, joining the program for the 2023-24 campaign.

She joins the Kats after spending the last two years as an assistant coach at Pinnacle High School in Phoenix, Ariz., where she helped her squad to a regional title and state semifinal appearance in 2023.

Prior to PHS she began her coaching career at Scottsdale CC where she spent four seasons from 2016-2020 with the Artichokes, assisting with scouting, player development and recruiting. While there they made the conference tournament twice and she assisted in helping a handful of players to continue their playing careers at a higher level.

She spent her playing career at Northwestern Oklahoma from 2013-2015, going there after a pair of seasons at Scottsdale CC.

Crowe received her bachelors degree from Northwestern Oklahoma State University in Exercise in Health & Sports Science along with a minor in Sports Physiology.
