Schroeder is in her second year as the Sports Nutrition Coordinator for Bearkat Athletics where she administers all food service budgets, education, and consultation services for the SHSU student-athletes.
Her role is a vital component in the athletics department’s strategic implementation of student-athlete health and safety as she works directly with strength and conditioning and sports medicine to promote both physical and mental health
Schroeder is a proud Bearkat alumni from the class of 2024 where she earned a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and food science with certifications through ServSafe, CITI, and Food Allergy and Awareness.
Her passion for working with collegiate student-athletes stems from her experience as a high school athlete in Brenham, Texas.
