Randy Flach is a six-time All-Southland Conference performer in the pole vault. He won the SLC pole vault indoors in both 2003 and 2004 and outdoors in 2005. He was an NCAA Regional participant in the pole vault three times with a high regional finish of 10th in 2003. Flach holds the Sam Houston school record in the pole vault outdoors (18' 0.5") and ranks second all-time indoors (17' 0").
