SAN MARCOS - Two long second quarter interception returns, one for a 71-yard touchdown by B. J. Williams and another 47-yard return to set up a short score, broke open SHSU's fifth consecutive game against a 1-AA nationally ranked opponent as 25th-ranked Northwestern State rolled up 236 yards rushing and its fifth consecutive victory over Sam Houston. Albert Bradley came off the bench in the second half to throw two touchdown passes and lead the Kats to a third score.
