2009 Athletic Scholarship Process

The fall 2009 athletic scholarship process will be conducted in the Learning Enhancement Center (room 321) in the Ron Mafrige Fieldhouse Aug. 18-21.
All scholarship student-athletes must process their aid through athletics. The processing will be conducted according to the following schedule:
FOOTBALL
Aug. 18 (Tues) - 10:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. - defensive line, linebackers, quarterbacks
Aug. 19 (Wed) - 10:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. - defensive backs, specialists, wide receivers
Aug. 20 (Thur) - 10:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. - offensive line, running backs, tight ends
SOCCER
Aug. 18 (Tues) - 1:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
VOLLEYBALL
Aug. 19 (Wed) - 1:45 p.m.
GOLF, TENNIS, SOFTBALL, BASEBALL, BASKETBALL, TRACK, TRAINERS, MANAGERS

Upon entering the Learning Enhancement Center (LEC), you will be instructed to:
1. Print a fee statement including your class schedule;
2. Eligibility will be checked:
3. Process aid with Mr. Holder
Prior to processing your aid with Mr. Holder, you must ensure that the following items are correct on your fee statement:
1. Meal Plan
2. Housing
3. Installment Options
ALL PARKING TICKETS MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO PROCESSING ATHLETIC AID
Non-scholarship payments will be processed at the Lowman Student Center Ballroom where student-athletes can meet with the cashier, financial aid, residence life and UPD (parking sticker).
The process must be complete by 4 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 21 or you will lose your class schedule. The first day of class is Monday, August 24.
FRESHMEN -- Your first class in Kinesiology 116 with Mrs. Thompson at 8 a.m. Monday in the football team meeting room (room 214 in the basement of the field house near the training room and football locker room).
IF YOU ARE RECEIVING AID (athletic or financial) for the fall 2009 semester, your schedule will be protected until August 21 at 4 p.m.
