Six teams will play at home and six will be on the road.
All 12 Southland games will be played Saturday, though a total of 13 BracketBusters games were selected to be televised by ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU or ESPN3 beginning Friday.
In total 142 teams will play 71 games in this year's BracketBusters event. The 10th annual event features teams from 16 conferences, the largest pool in the event's history and includes two teams that reached last year's Final Four.
UT-Arlington and Lamar will play their BracketBuster games on ESPN3. The 19-5 Mavericks visit Weber State Saturday at 7 p.m., Central, while the Cardinals visit George Mason earlier in the day at 3 p.m., Central. UT Arlington's game against Weber State (20-4, 12-1), the co-leader of the Big Sky Conference, was selected by ESPN as one of 13 BracketBusters games to appear on its networks, while the Southland Conference and the Colonial Athletic Association will jointly produce the Lamar-George Mason game on ESPN3. Lamar is 16-9 overall and 7-4 in the Southland. The Patriots are 21-6 and lead the CAA with a 13-2 record.
