The Sam Houston State women's tennis team upped their season record in dual match play to 9-3 with a 6-1 non-conference victory over Laredo College Sunday afternoon.

The Bearkats own a three-match winning streak and have won seven of their last eight dual matches.

Sam Houston State returns to Southland Conference action Saturday, traveling to Nacogdoches to face Stephen F. Austin.
