Sam Houston won the doubles point and Karen Martine won at No. 5 singles as the Bearkats fell 5-2 to Stephen F. Austin in a Southland Conference women's tennis dual match Friday afternoon in Nacogdoches.

Martinez and Olivia Battye won at No. 2 doubles and Bella Costa and Natalie Petaia took the No. 3 doubles.

Sam Houston wraps up its 2014 tennis schedule Saturday afternoon with a dual match at Northwestern State.
