August 10 deadline to purchase LSU tickets

Sunday, August 10, is the deadline for Sam Houston fans to purchase tickets in the Bearkats' section for the Sept. 6 road football game at LSU.
Each ticket is $45 plus processing fees.
The Sam Houston State game will be LSU's first contest in the newly-expanded Tiger Stadium, which will feature a seating capacity of more than 100,000.
The Bearkats open their 2014 schedule Saturday August 23 in the FCS Kickoff at Eastern Washington at 2:30 p.m. (Central). Sam Houston plays its home opener at Elliott T. Bowers Stadium in Huntsville Saturday, August 30.
LSU opens on August 30 against Wisconsin in Houston in the AdvoCare Texas Kickoff.
Season tickets for Sam Houston's five home games at Bowers Stadium plus the “Battle of the Piney Woods” at Reliant Stadium in Houston are now on sale on the internet at www.gobearkats.com .
