Soccer plays host to TCU at 6:30 p.m. Sunday

TCU brings a three-match winning streak to Joseph Pritchett Field Sunday evening when the Horned Frogs take on Sam Houston State in a 6:30 p.m. women's soccer match.
The Horned Frogs defeated Texas State 1-0 Friday to up their season record to 3-2.TCU also owns wins over Idaho, Abilene Christian and LSU.
Sam Houston will be looking for its second victory of the season as the Bearkats attempt to rebound from a 3-0 loss to Utah State at Pritchett on Friday night.
Shelby McDaniel is the Bearkats' top scorer with two goals this season. Mariah Titus and Allie Johnson each have tallied once for Sam Houston.
Forward Michelle Prokoff, who scored the game-winner for the Frogs Friday, is TCU's leading scorer with three goals this season.
Sam Houston is in the middle for a six-match home stand at Pritchett Field. Following the contest Sunday night with the Horned Frogs, the Kats will begin Southland Conference action.
League play will begin next Friday, Sept. 19, against Abilene Christian at 6:30 p.m. Remaining matches in the home stand include Incarnate Word Sunday, Sept. 21, at 1 p.m.; McNeese State Sunday, September 28, at 1 p.m. and Northwestern State, Friday, October 3 at 6:30 p.m.
Admission to Sam Houston women's soccer at Pritchett Field is free.
