Basketball Season Tickets Now On Sale

With both men's and women's basketball preseason practice underway and the start of the schedule just a month away, Sam Houston basketball season tickets are now on sale.
Lower reserved seats at Bernard G. Johnson Coliseum in section E or F are $200 (which includes a $100 donation to the Bearkat Champions Fund). General admission or corner reserved seats in sections J and K are $99 per seat.
Sam Houston football reserved chairback season ticket holders receiver a special discount for basketball season tickets. The Football Bearkat champion special offers the opportunity to purchased lower reserved seats for only $100.
Season tickets include all 21 men's and women's home events at Johnson Coliseum. That includes five Southland Conference men's and women's doubleheaders, nine men's single games and seven women's single games.
The first home men's basketball game is Tuesday, November 17 when the Kats play host to Saint Thomas at 6:30 p.m. The women's first home regular season game is on Friday, November 20 in the annual “Pack the House” game at 11 a.m. with Our Lady of the Lake.
Single game tickets for Bearkat basketball will go on sale Friday, October 30 at 10:00 a.m.
The Sam Houston men's team has won 50 games during the past two seasons, the highest two-year victory total for the Bearkats since the mid-1970s. The Kat men have reached the finals of the Southland Conference Tournament in Katy and hosted NCAA post-season games in the CollegeInsider.com tournament each of those two seasons.
The Bearkat women return two All-Southland Conference players and a group of outstanding newcomers that promise to have the team in the hunt for the Southland Conference title this winter.
