Shernise Robertson of Sam Houston State has been voted as a second team All-Southland Conference women's basketball honoree for the 2015 season.
Robertson led both the Bearkat women and the Southland Conference with 19.7 points per game for the season. The junior from Cypress, Texas, averaged 22.1 points in league play.
A transfer from Tyler Junior College, Robertson posted 531 points in her 27 appearances. She led the Kats in scoring in 21 of their 28 games.
Robertson's season highs included 32 points against Central Arkansas, 29 points versus Lamar and 28 against Houston Baptist.
