Bearkats Deep in the Heart of Texas

With three state-of-the-art video boards nearing installation and another a veteran of two seasons at Don Sanders Stadium, Bearkat Athletics is asking fans to submit photos and videos showcasing their Sam Houston State pride at different Texas landmarks.
The photos and videos, which should be submitted horizontally, will be compiled and featured on the boards during the playing of “Deep in the Heart of Texas” during games.
Fans can tweet their images or YouTube video links to @BearkatSports and use the hashtag #SHSUDeepInTheHeart. Submissions will also be accepted on Facebook by messaging Bearkat Athletics.
All entries submitted may be showcased on the video board or through other promotional materials so get creative and show us how you represent Sam Houston across the Lone Star State.
The deadline for submissions is Sept. 1.
