Bearkats head to FDU

One weekend after claiming a title in the season opening event in Orlando, the Bearkat bowlers are back out on the lanes, this week at the FDU Jamboree.

The sixth-ranked Kats are competing in a loaded field, that includes 13 other ranked teams in the group of 27 taking part this weekend. Included in that group is 8^th-ranked North Carolina A&T, 9^th-ranked Wisconsin-Whitewater and the 10^th-ranked hosts FDU.

“I think it is good for us to get up on the East Coast and see some teams we typically don't bowl against on a regular basis,” said head coach Brad Hagen. “There are several new teams in this field, so it is hard to predict just how it will play out.”

Friday the Kats wll face No. 22 Prarie View A&M, No. 21 Valparaiso, No. 15 Saint Francis and New Jersey City.
