HUNTSVILLE – One of Sam Houston State Athletics' most loyal sponsors was recently honored as one of the best in their craft as Bill Fick Ford has been recognized with the 2016 President's Award by Ford Motor Company.
The prestigious award honors dealerships that have excelled in automotive retailing in 2016 by providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
In order to achieve the President's Award, dealers must exceed customer expectations every day in every department. The prestigious award salutes those top-performing Ford and Lincoln dealerships that achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction – in both sales and service – in automotive retailing.
Additionally, Bill Fick Ford supplies courtesy cards to Sam Houston's head baseball, men's basketball and football coaches and both Bill and Amy Fick have been longtime supporter of the Bearkats.
Bill Fick Ford also stands as a sponsor of the annual Bearkat Country Crawfish Boil, an event that includes a zyeco band, free food and drinks to anyone wishing to tailgate prior to Tuesday's baseball game against UT Arlington.
The dealership also helps put the spotlight on military, police and other public servants who make a major contribution to the local community by sponsoring the Huntsville Heroes segment prior to Bearkat football games.
