Head coach David Self on the start to the Texas Relays…
“It's always great. You have a great atmosphere and facilities. It's been a decent showing. We've had some good showing. Courtney had a good opening in the heptathlon. She managed to put down some good marks. Keep in mind this is our third meet of the season.”
Head coach David Self on Jeffrey Moore and the Kats school records…
“He's as fierce of a competitor as there is. There is lots of good things to build off of. In track and field when you have the crowd into it and everyone from every major conference in the country out here, kids get hyped up and they want to show what they can do.”
