Gray adds eight to fall signing class

HUNTSVILLE – Sam Houston volleyball coach Brenda Gray announced the signing of eight student-athletes to National Letters of Intent on Wednesday as part of the fall signing period.

The eight-member class consists of seven Texas natives, along with one from the state of Kentucky. Included are five outside hitters, a pair of middle blockers and a setter.

"We are fortunate this pandemic has not slowed down our recruiting efforts," Gray said. "The process has changed, but we could not be more thrilled with the quality of student-athletes we are adding to our roster. These young women will have the opportunity to make a difference right away. The size of this class brings exceptional depth and allows us to have an array of offensive and defensive schemes. We cannot wait to have them on campus."
