Kat soccer signs high school standout

HUNTSVILLE — Sam Houston head coach Sonia Curvelo has added a Pennsylvania prep standout to the mix for the 2025 season.

Grace Keane, a center back from Chalfont, Pennsylvania, has signed to play for the Bearkat soccer program. The team captain and defensive specialist award winner, plays for Central Bucks South High School and for the Philadelphia Ukrainian Nationals ENCL.

"We look forward to the addition of Grace to our program and strengthen our backline which is an important need for 2025 season," Curvelo said. "She will offer us quality depth and help make our program better."

Keane is a member of the National Honor Society and of Operation Eternal Gratitude, which is a student-led military support club.
