First team All-District performer for coach Jason Landers at Bowie High School and was named as District 15-5A "Setter of the Year" ... as a junior in 2009 she was voted as her team "Most Valuable Player" and was named to two all-tournament squads ... played club volleyball for Austin Performance, leading her 17 Eclectic team to a third place finish at the AAU National Championships in Orlanda, Fla., in June ... earned AAU All-America honors.
