Huefner was the Gorilla's third-leading scorer last season, averaging 9.7 points per game in 24 starts ... also averaged 4.9 rebounds a game ... shot 51 percent from the field and 40 percent from 3-point range ... hit 78 percent from the free throw line while averaging close to 25 minutes a game ... scored a career-high 22 points against Lincoln on Feb. 5 and had a season-best eight rebounds against Central Missouri on Dec. 18.
Huefner started 30 games and averaged a career-high 13.4 points per game. The two-time honorable mention All-CUSA forward shot 36.4 percent from 3 and was second on the team with 56 baskets from behind the arc. He averaged a career-best 5.3 rebounds per game and scored 928 career points in three seasons as a Bearkat.
