Before Wisconsin, Raisbeck spent four seasons as a special teams analyst at Penn State from 2020-23. During his tenure, the Nittany Lions produced 13 All-Big Ten honorees on special teams. Long snapper Chris Stoll received the Patrick Mannelly Award as the nation’s top collegiate long snapper in 2022.
Raisbeck also helped recruit highly regarded specialists to Penn State, including the nation’s top-ranked kicker in the 2021 recruiting class and top-ranked punter in the 2022 class.
He worked as a special teams administrative assistant at Utah State in 2019, assisting special teams coordinator Stacy Collins with the Aggies’ special teams operations.
Raisbeck previously served as special teams coordinator and defensive line coach at Wisconsin-Platteville during the 2017 and 2018 seasons. In 2018, the Pioneers led NCAA Division III with 12 blocked kicks.
His coaching background also includes stops at Presentation College and South Dakota School of Mines & Technology, giving him experience at the NAIA, Division II and Division III levels before moving into FBS football.
Raisbeck also coached internationally, serving as assistant head coach of the Calanda Broncos in Switzerland in 2013 and head coach of the Oslo Vikings in Norway in 2014.
As a player, Raisbeck was a three-year letterwinner at tight end for Wisconsin-La Crosse. He earned his bachelor’s degree in physical education in 2008 and later completed his master’s degree in educational leadership at Winona State in 2016.
