The Grove Bearkat Shootout

Grand prize in the "Shootout" is a one-year lease for the 2011-12 school year at The Grove Apartments.
The free throw shooting contest will take place at The Grove Apartments on Wednesday, March 2, from 4 to 7 p.m. The competition will determine one finalist who will compete in the finals of "The Shootout" to be held during the Sam Houston men's basketball season finale with Texas State Saturday, March 5 at Johnson Coliseum. Tip of for the game is 7 p.m. The first finalist was determined following last Wednesday's men's game with Northwestern State.
The first 50 students to come to The Grove Apartments and shoot will receive "The Great Bearkat Shootout presented by The Grove" t-shirt.
Everyone that participates will receive a prize from Double Dave's or Whataburger. Entry forms must be completed and turned in before shooting or claiming a prize.
Sam Houston State student-athletes are not eligible to participate.
