Crow, Pevehouse Academic All-District

The five-member honor squad was selected by voted of members of the College Sports Information Directors Association (CoSIDA). Capital One and CoSIDA join annually to select the NCAA's official Academic All-America squad.
As All-District selections, Crow and Pevehouse now will be listed on the ballot for Academic All-America. Voting for the honor will begin shortly. The All-District honor also means the pair will be automatic selections for Academic All-Southland Conference.
Crow is a 6-4 forward from Houston Westfield High School who is the second-leading scorer for Sam Houston's defending Southland Conference championship squad. Crow is averaging 13.1 points and 5.3 rebounds for the Bearkats, ranking among the top 20 players in the league in both categories. He also ranks 10th in the Southland in assists (3.6 per game).
Pevehouse is a 6-2 guard from League City Clear Creek High School who is scoring 8.1 points per game and is leading the Bearkats in three point baskets (34) this year.
Both already have earned their undergraduate degrees in three years and are involved in working on their Masters' degrees. Crow produced a 3.42 overall grade point average as a business major. Pevehouse compiled a 3.49 GPA as a business management. In his first semester of graduate work, Pevehouse produced a perfect 4.0 GPA last semester.
Both were members of Sam Houston's Southland Championship team last year. Crow was a preseason All-Southland Conference selection this winter.
