Spring volleyball tournament

The Sam Houston volleyball team will host Blinn College, Trinity Valley Community College, Temple Junior Colleve, Wharton Junior College and Houston Baptist in a spring intercollegiate tournament Saturday, March 11.
Each team will play five matches which will consist of 40 minutes of action or two sets to 25, whichever comes first.
The spring tournament schedule provides valuable training for the young Bearkat squad that totaled 15 victories last fall including a 9-7 Southland Conference mark.
