Sandy causes schedule change

The effects of storm Sandy have caused a schedule change for the Sam Houston State women's bowling team.
Originally, the No. 8 ranked Bearkats were to compete Friday through Sunday at the New Jersey Jamboree in Elmwood Park, NJ. But the tournament has been canceled due to the storm.
Now head coach Brad Hagen and his bowlers will be headed to the 2012 Hornet Invitational at Brunswick Woodmere Lanes in Montgomery, Ala., Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 10-11.
Sam Houston State has finished first and second in it two tournaments so far, winning the Tulane Invitational and finishing second at the Wildcat Invitational.
