Abilene Christian handed Sam Houston a 7-0 defeat in a Southland Conference women's tennis match Saturday at the Eager Tennis Pavilion in Abilene.

The Wildcats upped their season record to 9-6 with the victory and stand 4-4 in Southland Conference play.

Sam Houston will complete the 2015 season with a pair of matches in Huntsville at the McAdams Tennis Center next week. The Kats play host to Stephen F. Austin Saturday, April 18, at 1 p.m. and Northwestern State Sunday, April 19, at 1 p.m.
