Kats host Free Food Fridays at soccer matches

The Sam Houston State soccer program hosts the first of five 'Free Food Fridays' this week, as Pizza Hut and 3 Spoons will have catered food for the first 100 students in attendance for the 6:30 p.m. match against Baylor from Pritchett Field.
Other 'Free Food Fridays' take place on Sept. 18 (vs. Central Arkansas/Wing Stop), Sept. 25 (vs. Houston Baptist/Pita Pit), Oct. 16 (vs. Southeastern Louisiana/McKenzie's) and Oct. 30 (vs. Stephen F. Austin/DoubleDave's Pizzaworks).
Attendance is free at all home Sam Houston soccer matches. The Bearkats boast a Southland Conference-leading six preseason honorees and were picked second by the league's head coaches. The Kats raced out to their first 2-0 start in team history with victories against Louisiana-Lafayette and UTSA.
