A&M Game Rescheduled for April 20

Inclement weather has forced Sam Houston and Texas A&M to reschedule Wednesday's softball game to Wednesday, April 20 (start time to be determined).
The Aggies, who own a 20-2 record so far this season, were to bring a powerful offensive squad to the Softball Complex that is hitting .353 with 37 doubles, a triple and 35 home runs this season.
Next action for the Bearkats now will be the start of Southland Conference play as the Sam Houston plays host to McNeese State Friday and Saturday in the first league weekend series of the 2016 season.
The Cowgirls and Bearkats are scheduled to play a single game at 6:30 p.m. Friday followed by a 3 p.m. Saturday doubleheader.
Sam Houston is 5-12 for the year with victories over Creighton, North Texas and Central Michigan in tournament play the past two weeks.
