Softball vs. Texas A&M postponed

HUNTSVILLE – Due to a university closure because of a power outage, today's scheduled softball game between Sam Houston State and No. 6 Texas A&M has been postponed.
The two teams will attempt to reschedule the game for a later date. When information becomes available about a possible makeup date, it can be found through GoBearkats.com. Refunds are not available but tickets can be used at the re-scheduled game or any other softball game this season.
Sam Houston will open Southland Conference play this weekend at Incarnate Word. The Bearkats next home game will take place next Tuesday against Texas Southern. First pitch is scheduled for 6:30 p.m.
