Soccer 2019: Senior Profiles

It's almost time to see what the 2019 edition of the Sam Houston State women's soccer team can do when the Bearkats kicks off the 2019 season with an exhibition match against the University of the Southwest at home Wednesday. The Kats went 3-12-3 last season, losing five games by two goals or less, but return some talented players, including six seniors, who are set on getting SHSU back to the Southland Conference Tournament.
All six seniors were on the Bearkats' SLC tournament qualifier two seasons ago and would like to close out their careers with a bang. Last week we introduced you to seniors Hannah Dupin, Acacia Shepardson and Katy Johnson with a light-hearted Q&A. Now it's time to get to know seniors Carlota Suarez Crespo, Lexi Bullard and Josee Jacobellis.

I love how close everyone is and friendly they are. I will miss all my friends and teammates.

The perfect day would be spent at the beach with my family.
What do you love about Sam Houston State and what will you miss about it?
I love how tight-knit the university is as a whole. I love the people here and will miss them.
What are your plans after college?
I plan on getting credit trained at a bank and hopefully become a lender.

What do you love about Sam Houston State and what will you miss about it?
I love how pretty the campus is especially in the spring. I will miss living in the same apartment complex as all my friends.
What are your plans after college?
Hopefully to get a job in Dallas at a bank or a financial service company.
