HUNTSVILLE — The Sam Houston soccer team will host a pair of home games over the weekend beginning with Abilene Christian at Prichett Field on Friday at 6:30 p.m.
 
Fans are encouraged to wear pink to Friday's match for breast cancer awareness. Friday's game is also Greek Night.
 
The Bearkats (1-6-2 overall, 0-3-1 in WAC) will play Tarleton for the first time on Sunday at 1 p.m. This is the inaugural season for the Texan women's soccer program.
 
Sam Houston went 0-1-1 on its first WAC road trip last week. The Kats lost to Stephen F. Austin 1-0 on Sept. 23 and tied UTRGV 1-1 on Sept. 25.
