Kats, Jax State shift to Friday doubleheader

HUNTSVILLE – Due to the likelihood of inclement weather in the area, Thursday's series opener between Sam Houston and Jax State has been pushed back with the teams now to play a doubleheader on Friday beginning at 2:00 p.m.Â
Thursday's game was originally scheduled for a 6:30 p.m. start before game officials agreed to the change.Â
Saturday's series finale between the Bearkats and Gamecocks is still scheduled for a 1:00 p.m. start.
Each game of the weekend can be heard on the Bearkat Sports Network.
