During his junior state championship season, he was selected to the 2024 BCAT Boy's D2 Class A All-State Team and 2024 Division 2 Boys All-State Tournament Team ... Last spring, Walker starred on the Adidas circuit with Hoop City Elite, finishing the 2024 summer as one of the circuit's top performers, leading to a top 10 player ranking in the Tennessee class of 2025 by Prep Hoops ... Early in the fall, Walker chose to attend national powerhouse Sunrise Christian Academy in Wichita, Kansas for his senior year. For the past decade, Sunrise has produced a multitude of Division I players and multiple NBA draft picks; most recently first rounders Gradey Dick (Toronto Raptors, 2023) and Matas Buzelis (Chicago Bulls, 2024) ... Walker will be competing for Sunrise in the Nike's EYBL Scholastic League this season, matching up against the nation's top players and future NBA prospects.
