Early in the fall, Walker chose to attend national powerhouse Sunrise Christian Academy in Wichita, Kansas for his senior year. For the past decade, Sunrise has produced a multitude of Division I players and multiple NBA draft picks; most recently first rounders Gradey Dick (Toronto Raptors, 2023) and Matas Buzelis (Chicago Bulls, 2024) ... Walker will be competing for Sunrise in the Nike's EYBL Scholastic League this season, matching up against the nation's top players and future NBA prospects.
