Fleetwood Fleming serves as ticketing staff associate. He assists assistant athletic director for ticket operations Mickal Terry with ticket office management and game day operations for Sam Houston State’s six ticketed sports.
A 2012 graduate of Clemson University with a bachelor’s degree in history, Fleming comes to Sam Houston from Kennesaw State University where he served as ticket sales and operations intern.
At Kennesaw, he was part of a team that sold more than 3,000 football season tickets for the inaugural season of Kennesaw State Football. That total represented 80 percent of the season ticket allotment 14 months before the program’s 2015 kickoff.
In addition to sales duties, Fleming served as the play-by-play radio broadcaster for Kennesaw State Owl baseball in 2014. He was part of a broadcast team that called the 2014 Louisville Super Regional in which Kennesaw State was a participant. He worked closely with The Owls Fund, the development program for Kennesaw State athletics.
Fleming now is pursuing his Master’s degree in sports management from the United State Sports Academy. He is a native of Charleston, South Carolina.
