Steven Reynolds joined the Sam Houston athletic training staff in March 2013.

He brings NFL experience to the Bearkat athletic training program, having served in 2011 and 2012 as a seasonal intern with the Jacksonville Jaguars and in 2008 and 2011 as an intern with the Kansas City Chiefs.

A graduate assistant at Texas Tech while earning his Masters of Science degree, he has served as an Outreach Athletic Trainer with Covenant Hospital.

He was a student trainer at the University of Florida where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in athletic training in 2008. Reynolds served from 1998 to 2002 in the United States Army. He is a NATABOC certified athletic trainer and Texas licensed athletic trainer.
