Women's golf finishes 19th at UALR

LITTLE ROCK , AR -- The Sam Houston State women's golf team finished 19th in the Arkansas-Little Rock Women's Golf Classic completed Tuesday afternoon.
Host University of Arkansas at Little Rock tied with Florida International with a 54-hole team score of 927, but the Trojans took home the trophy after a playoff.
Kelsey Kipp of Missouri-Kansas City won the individual medalist title with a score of 70-76-75 -- 221
Sam Houston State individual scores and finishes included Wendy Joyner 40th 80-84-77--241; Ellie McKinley 70th 79-85-85--249, Amanda Carmona 73rd 83-87-1--251, Katelyn Jones 84th 83-89-83--255 and Callie Rice 102nd 92-103-85 -- 280.
